Frequently asked questions
Is the result scientific?
No. Check your Love is purely for entertainment. The score is calculated from the two names and says nothing about real feelings or the future of a relationship.
Why do I always get the same result?
Because the calculation is deterministic: the same pair of names always gets the same score – regardless of order, capitalisation or spaces. Nobody can simply “re-roll”.
Does Premium change the result?
No, never. Premium only unlocks styling (designs, animations, share cards) and removes ads.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your device. You can delete your history in the app at any time. Uninstalling removes all app data.
What data do the ads use?
Google AdMob may process e.g. the advertising ID, IP address and device information. The app asks for your consent first – you can change it at any time under Settings → Privacy.
What is the voluntary video for?
In the Premium area you can choose to watch a short video ad to use a Premium design, animation or share card for 24 hours. You only get the reward if you watch the video to the end.
